Break it down. Take it slow. Think about thinking in the ways to make new movements become a habit. When does anyone really take the time to break things down cognitively and neuromuscularly to learn a new movement, and get the chance to apply it in a gates. To then repeat and reinforce it again and again through that same process... the answer is never ! in this sport everyone rushes to cut the most important corner...not with us !
